TYPES OF LAWS : 🔎 Criminal law – cases like murder, assault and robbery 🔎  Civil laws – cases like disputes, defamation, right to education  🔎  Traffic laws – Violation of traffic rules    CIVIL LAW Civil law   deals with behavior that constitutes an injury to an individual or other private party, such as a corporation. Examples are defamation , breach of contract, negligence resulting in injury or death, and property damage.  It is a section of  law  dealing with disputes between organisations and individuals.    WHY IS CIVIL LAW IMPORTANT ?  Essentially,  civil law  is about conflict resolution, ensuring disputes between individuals do not escalate into a violent confrontation. It encourages cooperation between members of society, deterring exploitative behaviors, and unethical business practices. CRIMINAL LAW Criminal law ,
