CIVIL LAW
Civil law deals with behavior that constitutes an injury to an individual or other private party, such as a corporation. Examples are defamation , breach of contract, negligence resulting in injury or death, and property damage. It is a section of law dealing with disputes between organisations and individuals.
WHY IS CIVIL LAW IMPORTANT?
Essentially, civil law is about conflict resolution, ensuring disputes between individuals do not escalate into a violent confrontation. It encourages cooperation between members of society, deterring exploitative behaviors, and unethical business practices.
CRIMINAL LAW
Criminal law, the body of law that defines criminal offences, regulates the apprehension, charging, and the trial of suspected persons, and fixes penalties and modes of treatment applicable to convicted offenders. Criminal acts can be divided into personal crimes, property crimes, financial crimes, etc.

These accidents take place by the negligence of traffic police and the irresponsibilities of people. The reasons behind these accidents are non-other than the breaking of traffic rules.
STATUTORY LAW
A police officer pulls you over, and you are given a citation for violating the speed limit. You have broken a vehicle and traffic law. This law is established by legislature as a statue, or a law that is formally written and enacted. As a result, the law you broke was a statutory law.
